Without any doubt the beach that Saffron's sits on is the best in the Galle area. Wide, long and almost deserted it is one version of what a tropical beach is all about. To cap it off at the far end, about 2km away, is a 5 star spa so after a beach stroll there awaits a fabulous massage. |

Saffron's is a stunning architectural property. Moving away from the traditional and jumping firmly into the future, the house boast sharp lines and succeeds in making the indoors feel like the outdoors, the beach facing frontage of the property is entirely constructed of glass and this allows for a continual feast of the gorgeous view towards the southpole. |

There are three suites in the villa and it can be rented in total or by the suite individually. The master and the Terrace suite’s are found on the first floor with massive king size beds, open air showers on the roof garden and incredible views over the garden and pool out to the ocean. A third bedroom with ensuite can be found on the ground floor which can be used as a twin room or another double |

The staff ensemble is where Saffron’s truly shines – the chef, trained in western and Thai/Singapore fusion is capable of whipping up fantastic mouthwatering delights using fresh ingredients picked daily from the local markets – Yum! The kitchen also boasts an authentic wood fired stove for the best taste of local cuisine. |
