Set in a 2.5 acre tropical garden Villa Vatura shares a garden with Sulanga Villa and has its own private pool. There are 4 spacious double air conditioned bedrooms...all ensuite and each with the possibility of an additional single child's bed. It is located in a peaceful grove a few mins from the fabulous Mirissa Beach with several bars and restaurants as well as the harbour from where the whale watching boats depart; 10 mins from the surf of Welligama Bay good for both beginner and more experienced dudes and about 40 mins from the historic town of Galle. 

There is one bedroom downstairs and the remainder on the first floor that share a south facing balcony. The large sitting room with deep sofas has a small TV/library off to one side and a dining area on the veranda.

The pool has a very shallow section making it good for toddlers and small children. The villa comes with chef and house staff.

We had a very relaxing time in this beautiful villa right on the beach. The house is great, the rooms spacious and beautifully decorated, and diner on the terrace with the sound of the sea is delightful. The children particularly enjoyed the vast garden and pool. A special mention goes to Deepani, for her kindness and her amazing cooking, the fresh lobster we enjoyed on the terrace was probably the best we ever had.

Beautiful property, funky art, lovely rooms ( and linen!) and great views
We were a group of vegetarians and non vegetarians but everyone was thrilled with the food because of Deepani and her crew.
Lots to do in the surrounding areas with some great beaches to swim in not too far away and a fantastic pool to laze by.

We had the most incredible time; Deepani was an amazing hostess & really did create the most delicious curries I've ever eaten.
