I set up Eden Villas in 1999 to provide impartial advice to discerning holiday makers looking for private villas to stay in. A management service was launched shortly after in order to remove the day to day hassle from the owners’s already busy lives as well as to inject some consistency into the level of service offered. It was not long before we received requests to help plan tropical beach-side weddings and other special events and this service has evolved into Galle Events. In 2008 our range of services further evolved to include villas and land for sale to maximize the one stop shop potential for our clients whilst minimizing the hassle.

Villa Management
Our very first villa that we undertook the management for is now a boutique hotel that was recently voted the best in the Galle area and the No 2 in the whole of Sri Lanka. The attention to detail, level of service, staff training and management of maintenance that makes a good hotel ‘great’ is the standard we set ourselves.
The service must be good; the investment must offer a net yield; and it must all be done without any effort exercised by you, the villa owner.
Villa Rentals
As indicated above securing rentals was our rasion d’être and it remains a core service to this day. We market villas for rent via this web site and various media as well as social networking site facebook and twitter.
Being based in SL we are able to personally introduce our guests to the villa and the staff, as well as be on hand in the unlikely event of an emergency.
We now offer some 40 villas that we know intimately. Some have direct beach access; some overlook paddy fields; some are great for kids and others for weddings; all have cooks but some have chefs; all are luxurious and offer something a little special. Our job is to match you to the right one and we take pride in our ability to achieve this.
