The developers of the sold out Tisara Villas are about to embark on their second development. Once again they have chosen a site only a few minutes from the beach close to Galle surrounded by tropical jungle. The extent of land is 4 1/2 acres and there are 20 villas planned.

Each villa will be approx 160sq m and will consist of two en suite bedrooms; a living / dining room, a veranda and a private garden with pond.

The estate will have a large pool shared between all villas and in addition there will be an ayurvedic spa with facilities available to all villa owners, plus a restaurant and bar.

Villas will go on sale in Nov/Dec and construction will commence once 8 are sold. Construction time is 18 mnths from commencement and the developer will accept a penalty clause for every month over this time frame.

The developer guarantees a minimum rental yield of 5% (before tax) for the first 12 mnths.
