Elevated beach land

With a large frontage and elevated setting this is one of those must see lands.

At 7,500sq m the land is large enough for a big house, two or more houses or a boutique hotel. Facing south out across a surf break into the far horizon the views are spectacular.

The land has a slightly concave shape rising on the western boundary. Steps can be constructed leading down to the beach that is shared only with the other houses in the bay.
