Galle Fort villa

The Fort was built by the Dutch in 1663 and is largely intact today. It was declared a World Heritage Site adding to the islands other six and is a joy to walk around and take in some aspects of life in Sri Lanka. With several places to cool off and shelter from the midday sun strolling around the Fort is becoming a must do whilst here. Guided walking tours are available.

The villas we have selected to include here are all old houses that have history and charm and where the renovations have blended these vital and wonderful attributes with modern living.
