Villa Emerald

Details

Located a few mins from the perfect half moon bay of Mirissa Beach, with its own private beach gate, it has 4 spacious air conditional ensuite double bedrooms. 3 are on the first floor and share a south facing balcony whilst the forth is on the ground floor. A child’s single bed can be placed in each bedroom meaning that comfortably, the house can sleep 8 adults and 4 children.

10 mins away roars the surf at Welligama, good for both beginner and more experienced surfie.  Also a few minutes from the villa are the boats departing for whale watching.    

Villa Emerald shares the 2.5 acre garden with Villa Sapphire but has its own pool and a bar area in the sitting room. The bedroom on the ground floor has sat TV /DVD.  

Whilst meals are taken in the villa at the time of your choosing the two villas shares a chef although house staff are specific to each villa.
