A 10-minute drive from the surf paradise resort of Hiriketiya, perched on Mawella Bay, one of the most beautiful and protected swimmable beaches in Sri Lanka, sits this stunning 4-bedroom bay-front villa.

Designed by Studio Mondadori, the Villa combines sumptuous comforts with modern architecture and character, including a walled garden, open verandas, and a stunning lap pool.

The merging of architecture with nature invites all who enter the private gate to unwind & relax in its gentle embrace. The property includes several shady terraces, an indigenous flower garden, and an expansive 20m pool. 

The pool is the central feature & has two bedrooms on one side, the sitting & dining pavilion at one end & the other two bedrooms, a guest pantry & sitting area at the other end.

The villa sits at the heart of on an acre of manicured lawns, palms, and tropical plants.

Meals are prepared with organic produce fresh from the vegetable garden and fruit trees.
